BROWSE through our library of NCQA-certified programs and other resources to BUILD and MANAGE your toolkit. Also available is the newest functionality, COACH, designed to empower members/patients with individualized health coaching based on motivational interviewing and communication skills provided in Essential Connections®.

Downloading and Printing
May I add my organization's logo to the program materials?
Yes, you may add your organization's logo. If you choose to download and print Care Management Central materials yourself, the following guidelines apply: 1) you may place your organization's name or logo on the front, back, or inside cover page. You may choose to keep or delete the GlaxoSmithKline logo on the materials; 2) Proprietary notices such as, "This material was developed by GlaxoSmithKline" and the GlaxoSmithKline copyright line (of which both already appear on the downloaded tool) are required at all times. Should you have your GlaxoSmithKline representative print the materials for you, the GlaxoSmithKline logo is required regardless of whether your organization's logo appears on the material.

May I customize program materials?
You may customize and edit Microsoft Word, RTF, and Microsoft EXCEL documents that are included in the Educational Materials. Examples include: communication template letters, select surveys, and educational assessment tools in these formats.

May I make or print copies of the GlaxoSmithKline copyrighted materials for distribution to our staff or plan members/patients?
Unlimited copies of preprinted and/or downloaded and printed materials from Care Management Central may be distributed so long as each copy that is distributed contains the same copyright and other proprietary notices that appear in the educational materials. If the Educational Materials include Adobe® Acrobat Reader software, you may make and distribute unlimited copies so long as the copies also contain the Adobe Electronic End User License Agreement.

How do I supply files to my printer?
Ask your printer how they would like to receive the files. There are several options, including:
- Save files on your system, then e-mail the files to your printer
- Save the files on a disk, and send the disk to your printer

Is there a charge for using these materials?
There is no charge for downloading and printing the tools directly from Care Management Central. Materials produced by a professional printer of your choice will be subject to charges determined by that company.

Does GlaxoSmithKline provide assistance implementing or marketing care management programs?
GSK does not provide implementation, advertising or marketing assistance related to care management programs. The customer shall be responsible for identifying the appropriate recipients of the Educational Materials and distributing the Educational Materials to them.

Can you send me copies of the program material references?
Due to copyright restrictions and cost associated with reprinting complete journal articles, we are unable to provide copies of references. Request the full reprint from your local medical library.
